State raised in various group homes and foster care led to a very colorful and chaotic life. Nonetheless, graduated at Indiana University with a degree in Art Therapy in 2011. Joe hails from the great city of Cleveland, Ohio and fully represents the hard working underdog of the (216). State raised in various group homes and foster care led to a very colorful and chaotic life. Nonetheless, graduated at Indiana University with a degree in Art Therapy in 2011. Also curated his own annual fundraiser, Candy Coated Chaos, the arts in action dedicated to non-profits specializing in the healing of abuse. A blue collar theologian, practicing his faith with a mig welder and a cup of coffee.
